Violet wand and neon wand play is my favorite! I love the flexibility that comes through a conductive body plate, some metallic objects, and a colorful imagination!

Neon wands are a little bit more obtainable, and more durable. Starting out I would definitely recommend going with one of those. Violet wands are similar in function but they are not solid state, and they tend to overheat easier. They often have a wax insulator that can melt and cause the unit to short. That can lead to them being damaged and/or becoming dangerous. They feel about the same, But the violet wand can feel a little bit thudier than the neon wand.
