So ive been debating a change of profession but having a hard time deciding what to do. My job now i could make more money in the long run but, i have so much stress its been affecting my personal life. the job im looking at isuch closer to my home and has a set schedule more of a do my job and go home but i wont make the same money as where i am. so my current dilemma is financial stability or more time with the family. i just dont know what to do anymore.

I've had similar decision. Love my job to an extent but the stress was causing huge problems. I made the leap of faith and left it. Spending time with my family and my me tal health was more important than a bigger pay cheque for me xxx
