Hello everyone! I just came on to vent lol. So.... Lately I've been experiencing mania, I can't sleep, I'm constantly hungry because my body and my brain are going a million miles an hour, then on top of that I'm trying to do everything at once. This is something fairly new for me and I still don't know how to identify when I'm manic. My psychiatrist and I are working on a way to lessen the episodes and/or at least stop them as much as possible, but if course it's a process and I'm trying to sta... moreHello everyone!
